Delete Your Account

Checky is developed by Reactiive SRL. You can permanently delete your account and all of its associated data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open Checky and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email us at hello@reactiive.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture)
• All your habits, completions, and settings
• Your subscription records held by us

What we may retain

Anonymized or aggregated data, and records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment and tax records), for the period required by applicable law. Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store and must be cancelled there separately.
